For a small fee, Worry-Free Bookings™ enhances the policies or terms and conditions of an individual booking. This reimbursement service is like the optional protection plans you can purchase when buying a television or smartphone, except instead of an electronic device, it protects your travel plans from an unexpected illness or health condition, adverse weather event involving rain or snow, or other travel and transportation delays. We partner with hoteliers so they can offer Worry-Free Bookings™ on their booking website and the travelers can select this protection when finalizing their reservation and checkout.
Worry-Free Bookings™ provides a 100% reimbursement minus the Travel Protection Fee for both the traveler and the hotelier if an unforeseen illness or health condition, adverse weather event involving rain or snow, or other travel and transportation delay should occur 24 hours, 2 days, or up to 14 days prior to the guests arrival date or during the guests stay that prevents them from attending or completing their booking. The eligible date range before the arrival date varies depending on the reimbursement condition and request.
